• Polynesian Kava Kava: 4-5 traditionally dried varieties from Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, and Fiji.

2 oz of Bugga Strong Kava Concentrate equals 3-4 kava shells. A kava shell is a traditional serving of kava (5 conventional kava ounces served in a coconut shell).
